Hi my name is Marie and I am the Gym manager and fitness instructor here at Kinetics.

I've been working within the fitness industry for about 3 and a half years but have had a passion for fitness and sports for many more.

As well as working for Kinetics I also teach various classes through out Northampton.

I believe in making fitness fun so it doesn't feel like a workout.

My passion for fitness means I love what I do so I don't see it as a job. I love motivating people and seeing them improve week on week. It's a very rewarding job.

I have a bubbly energetic personality and love people. The gym is a very social place and I've made some of my best friends there.

Hi my name is Hayley and I am a personal trainer and fitness gym instructor here at Kinetics. I have been in the fitness industry for about 4 years now.


  • Level 2 Gym Instructor
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer and various extra qualifications to teach classes.

I currently teach Indoor Cycle, KETTLEBELLS, TRX, Boxfit, HIIT, Fitball and Circuits to name a few.

As for my Personal Training, I generally work with women who lack confidence in a gym, who need motivation and want to lose weight. Although I do have a couple of exceptions. It all depends on the initial consultation and the goal of the individual or clients I am training.


Hi my name is Gemma and I am now Level 2 qualified as a gym instructor after completing my Apprenticeship here at Kinetics.

I have qualified in circuits and indoor cycle with a view to continue my learning and skills.

I have been into fitness and exercise for a number of years and now want the knowledge to correctly train and help others get fit.

My long term goal is to become a physiotherapist, but in the near future I am looking to take on some of the classes provided at Kinetics and become a Personal Trainer, encouraging correct posture and providing understanding of how to improve your body.


Hi my name is Connor and I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer here with Kinetics.

I have been working within the fitness industry for just over 6 years now, after becoming qualified to help improve my own health at the time. Since then I have developed a real passion for using sports and fitness to develop myself and others within the fitness industry and out side of it.


  • Level 3 Advanced personal training and nutrition
  • Circuit Training

In regards to my personal training I work with a wide variety of people from those who want to improve form and confidence within the weights area with a goal to become stronger, those that want to become quicker and more powerful using conditioning methods and HIITto the person that just wants to improve their well being and feel healthier for their family’s. Although I would also like to start working with people who want to train for endurance events to broaden my horizon’s a bit.
